The End of the Road (for now)

Walt Disney World, FL, October 13, 2012

sunny 85 °F

This is the end of the road for us for now. We are at Walt Disney World Resort and will be staying at their campground, Fort Wilderness, for a while before heading to our winter home at Citrus Ridge. This is where we started this year's adventure and where we will end it. Thanks for coming along with us. Today and tomorrow we are at the Pop Century Resort. Right next to Pop Century is Disney's newest resort, the Art of Animation. This one was not open when we left in the Spring, so we walked over to take a look. It is typically Disney with Cars, Little Mermaid, Nemo and Lion King. We loved it. Since we were here we had to do some Disney stuff so we went to Hollywood Studios, where we work. It was so nice to see some fellow cast members and also to meet some new ones. Studios looks good and is already getting the lights up for the Osborne Family's Spectacle of Lights. Of course dinner at the Earl of Sandwich was in order and the Holiday Sandwich is here! Yum, my favorite :).

We have had another wonderful summer and are thankful to those of you that have followed our blog, yet again. This summer we travelled about 16,600 miles, which is actually a little bit more than last summer! We visited 16 states this year. I have written 151 blog entries with anywhere from 150 to 250 folks visiting that site daily! Thanks again!
Today's weather was perfect, with temps in the mid 80s and much sun.
